JUNE!

So i have officially decided i need to get back on track with my goals. As of tomorrow i will start to achieve the following June goals:

  • Loose 9lbs
  • Eat at least 1000 calories a day but no more than 1200
  • Drink LOTS of water
  • Eat lots of vegetables 
  • Work out at least 4 times a week for a full hour or more and on the other days do a 20min cardio blast. 
  • STAY COMPLETELY FOCUSED ON THE GOALS!
